Ordering
Most of our pieces ship within 1-5 business days after your order is placed, however in some cases it could take up to 10 business days. If you would like to check on the status of an order, please email us at orders@j-line.ca.
We know that sometimes you need your jewellery quickly for special occasions and if this is the case we will do everything we can to rush your order. If your order is a rush, please email us at orders@j-line.ca and we will send you an email letting you know when you can expect your item as well as the estimated rush shipping charges.
How to Order
Browse through our selection of exciting items and choose the item(s) you would like to purchase.
Add the item to your shopping bag.
Continue shopping by clicking on the ‘keep shopping’ and you’ll be taken back to where you left off before selecting the item to purchase
To review your purchases, simply click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ link at the top of the page. Or, proceed to checkout click on the ‘Checkout’ button beside the ‘Shopping Bag’.
When you check out you will be asked to register with j-line. In the future you will be able to sign in using your email address and secure password. Registering with j-line will allow for faster checkout and give you the option of having us contact you from time to time with special offers.
Cancelling Your Order
After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact us at orders@j-line.ca. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change at any time.
j-line is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to Canadian addresses.
For items shipped to the United States and other countries, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with importing the product into your locale.
You may pay securely through PayPal using a valid Credit Card or your PayPal account.

Shipping is free if the value of your order is $150 or more, before tax (tax is charged to Canadian residents only).
